The Presscard Pro is an industrial production unit dedicated to the lamination of plastic substrates (PVC, Polycarbonate, Vinyl, Synthetic Papers, etc...). The unique technology includes individual heating, cooling and pressure control circuits for the manufacture of Plastic Cards (ISOCR-80) from 100 microns up to 850 microns or .12 mils up to .32 mils, POP, Labels, Signage, etc.

Punchcard Pro is a stand alone plastic card die-cutting station equiped with three simultaneous male/female dies, optical recognition and advanced automation. Punchcard Pro die cuts each sheet into either 21 or 24 cards in an ISO format (CR80/85.5 x 54mm) with rounded corners and a thickness of up to 850 µ / 34 mils. Die Cutting of the cards is ensured by reading crop marks using integrated fiber optics. The cards are automatically retrieved in the chimney stackers. Cutting speed: - 8000 to 9000 ISO Cards/Hour (85x55mm)
