The AFC-564/6Ajdf is a JDF-ready automated super-B2 system equiped with either 4 or 6 buckles and cross knife, with two buckles under the cross knife allowing a wide variety of fold patterns. Operation is via a user-friendly, icon-based 10.4” colour touchscreen.

The AFC-566Fjdf is a JDF-ready fully-automated B2 system equiped with 6 buckles and cross knife, allowing a wide variety of fold patterns.  Roller gaps are calculated by the intelligent computer control from the single sample of stock placed in a master caliper. Operation is via a user-friendly, icon-based 10.4” colour touchscreen.

The round pile feed option can be configured to the 4 and 6 plate B2+ models. The RFU enables continuous operation, allowing the operator to transfer easily managed quantities to the feed bed and so avoiding strain and breaks in production.

The AFC-746A jdf is a JDF-ready automated B1 system equiped with 6 buckles and 2 cross knives, allowing a wide variety of fold patterns through a combination of 6 parallel buckles, 1st cross knife, 1 buckle under knife and 2nd cross knife. Operation is via a user-friendly, icon-based 10.4” colour touchscreen.

The MKU-54/54T is detachable mobile knife unit for Horizon floor model folders. This mobile knife unit can be connected with Horizon bookletmakers to endorse fold booklets for mailing purposes.

The PST-40 adds efficiency to the folding operation by expressing air from the folded stock and stacking neatly. The extent of the pressing action is simply adjusted via the remote control.

The TST-37 presses and bundles each stack to eliminate a time-consuming manual operaqtion. The pressed stacks are automatically transferred to the bundling section for optimum efficiency and labour savings.

The CGU-50 gluing unit can be retrofitted to most Horizon folding systems to produce 8-page or 12-page glued booklets in one integrated sequence. Folding, gluing, and edge trimming operations are performed efficiently and effectively in one pass.
