The SPF/FC-20 stitch/fold/trim line is Horizon's entry-level high quality, heavy-duty professional booklet production system. This system features ergonomically-engineered manual settings and can be integrated with Horizon's VAC-Turbo,  HAC, TC and TAC series collators.

The SPF/FC-200AJDF is fully automated with instant set-ups via the large icon-based color touchscreen for user-friendly operation. The screen is also used for on-the-run fine tune adjustments and store/recall of up to 200 jobs. The fold roller gap changeover is also automated. The error reject tray and hand marrying tray are built-in to produce perfectly finished booklets.

27,000 sph advanced suction drum feeders with wheel-in feed trolley; features include sheet-count & optical mark reader feed modes as standard. The feed train reverses and  inverts the sheets so digital engines can print in standard sequence mode. Optional database software drive, CCD camera checking and bar code verification systems. The HOF-30 is designed to integrate into a collating/finishing line; the HOF-20 stans alone with downstream finishing systems and therefore features an integrated suction cover feed station.

The LC-20/200 is an extended delivery conveyor (approximately 1m) for the SPF/FC systems which allows more the operator more time to offload/box finished product and attend to the feeding stations.

The PK-20/200 batch kicker is designed for use in conjunction with the LC-20/200 to offset the finished books at a selected count interval to aid fast and convenient batching.

Additional stitching heads can be fitted to all Horizon's professional booklet production and saddlestitching lines. Optional loop stitching attachments can be fitted to all standard heads.

The MKU-54/54T is detachable mobile knife unit for Horizon floor model folders. This mobile knife unit can be connected with Horizon bookletmakers to endorse fold booklets for mailing purposes.

The SP-1 is a corner stitcher for operation with Horizon's HAC and MC series collators.

The SP-10 is a side or top stitcher for Horizon's HAC and MC series collators.

The Horizon VAC-Turbo PowerCollator series features optional rear delivery via the 'C' tower module for simultaneous running of two separate jobs. 'R' version jogging and offset stacking receiving trays have been developed to accept work collated to the rear.

The ST-40 bypass stacker is designed for in-line operation with collating/booklet production lines to offer a stacking option without the need to reconfigure equipment. A switch on the ST-40 offers the choice of stacking or by-passing on to the downstream line.

The PJ-100 is an upright floor-standing paper jogger. The head has a variable degree of tilt with air assistance and a foot pedal operated jogging action. The PJ-100 is ideal for separation and aeration of sheets prior to loading into the collating bins to ensure optimum system performance.
