Horizon's modular gathering systems are designed for stand alone operation or in-line with its automated perfect binding lines, feeding folded sections. Options include CCD camera signature verification and an offset stacker.

modular 6-hopper gathering system

The MG-60H 6-hopper gathering system is modular to 6 units (36 hoppers maximum) and is able to feed single sheets, single folded sheets, or signatures up to 32 pages. Each hopper has a high profile status lamp; CCD camera verification is optional.

tipping collator

The HAL-4 provides high quality tipping of business reply cards or single sheets in a compact gathering unit. An optional CCD camera can be fitted to detect incorrectly loaded signatures.
